Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies answered a call just before 2:00 p.m. in reference to a male firing a shot inside the Hot Wings Plus Restaurant, located at 3479 Pio Nono Avenue. It was reported that the suspect described as a black male came into the restaurant and ordered some food. The suspect had placed an order and paid for it, then he asked for his money back. The employee put the suspect’s money on the counter. The suspect told the employee to put the money in his hand. The employee left the money on the counter. The suspect took out a gun and fired one shot. The employee turned to run towards the back of the store and ran out of the business to another business nearby. The employee was not injured during the incident.
The suspect ran out of the business towards Rice Mill Road. The suspect is described as approximately 6 feet in height, dark-skinned with facial hair.
