The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that occurred just after 1:00AM Thursday morning at the Walthall, Chevron Gas Station, located at 3720 Riverside Dr.
It was reported that a black male, entered the store armed with a handgun. The suspect was wearing a brown jacket and a mask. The suspect approached the store employee and demanded money from the store register. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of money from the register. The suspect left the store heading in the direction of Burger King. No one was injured during the robbery.
