Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a commercial robbery by snatching at Dani’s Food Store located at 1286 Anthony Road just after 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night. It was reported that the store clerk was retrieving the money from one of the gaming machines inside the store when a black male, who was already in the store, grabbed the cash box from the clerk. The suspect took the money out of the box and ran out of the store. No one was injured during the incident.
The only information available at this time is that the suspect was reported to be wearing a white t-shirt and is believed to have left in a small white older model pickup truck.
