The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident involving shots fired in the 600 block of North Avenue that occurred around 12:30p.m. Saturday night. A witnessed reported that while sitting in the Kroger parking lot. A Silver Kia stopped at the stop sign in the Kroger parking lot near North Avenue. An unknown vehicle then pulled up in front of the Kia and a person exited the vehicle running. Shots were fired from the unknown vehicle at the person running from the Kia.
The only description obtained was of the person running from the Kia. He was described as a black male wearing a white shirt and dark pants.
No one was injured in this incident. No further information about this incident is available at this time.
