Bibb County Sheriff’s Office District 3 Patrol Deputies arrest 18 year old Elijah Ishanna Simmons for Theft by Receiving. Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputy Tony Moss received information that led to the arrest of Simmons. Deputies from the District 3 Patrol Division assisted Deputy Moss in the arrest which occurred around 4:00p.m. in the Duncan Avenue area. He was arrested without incident.
Simmons was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and booked on the arrest warrant. He is also charged with a Probation Violation. He has a bond set on the theft charge for $4,050.00. He remains at the Bibb County LEC.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Asking For Public’s Assistance Locating Wanted Person
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance locating 18 year old Elijah Ishanna Simmons. Simmons has a warrant for his arrest for Theft by Receiving. Simmons was in possession of a stolen camera valued at over $8,000.00. The camera was stolen out of a vehicle taken from Shadow Moss Drive on April 27, 2016.
A photograph of Elijah Ishanna Simmons is attached. He is a black male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches in height and weighs approximately 180 pounds.
