Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigating Person Shot In West Macon
Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the Navicent Health Hospital just before 1:00AM Monday morning in reference to a person shot. It was reported that 30 year old Kartell Hardy was at an apartment at 1990 Cedar Avenue where some other people were gathered when an unknown male entered the apartment, firing a gun. Hardy was shot in both legs and once in the arm. An acquaintance of Hardy drove him to the Navicent Health Hospital where he was treated. Hardy is listed in stable condition.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are looking into the incident. There was a report of a possible altercation between two males at the apartment prior to the shooting. No further information is available at this time.
