The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that occurred just after 12:30 a.m. Monday. Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the Navicent Health Center just after 1:00 a.m. It was reported 24 year old Falon Tomberline, from Macon, was driven to the hospital by a third party after being shot in her upper right leg. It was reported that the incident occurred outside a house on Hollis Road. Tomberline was standing in the road having a conversation when she heard gun shots and someone with her said run. No suspect information is available at this time.
Tomberline is reported to be in stable condition.
Investigators are currently looking into the incident to determine what exactly occurred.
