Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of a person shot at around 3:30 PM Tuesday at 3248 John Waller Drive. It was reported that a call came in to the Macon Bibb 911 Dispatch of a person down and unresponsive. Macon-Bibb Fire Department EMS arrived at the residence and began checking the victim, While giving medical attention to the victim they found what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the chest. The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office was then notified.
The victim is identified as 57 year old Harry Lee Williams who lives at the address. Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are conducting interviews and following up on information related to the investigation. No further information is available at this time.
