The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that occurred just after 7:00PM Saturday at the Moon Wings & Seafood Restaurant, located at 4191 Mercer University Dr.
It was reported that a black male with a mask covering his face, dressed in a navy blue in color hooded jacket with white sleeves and trimming, light blue jeans and white and black tennis shoes, walked into the restaurant and pointed a semi-automatic pistol at the clerk and demanded the clerk give him money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and ran from the store. He was last seen running towards Briarwood Drive and Hillary Place away from the store. No one was injured during the incident.
