The victim, Kaytlyn Foster, was pronounced dead at the Navicent Health Friday morning at 10:45AM.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators have issued arrest warrants for 16 year old Romaire Devon King, from Warner Robins and his brother, 19 year old Felton Lee King III, also from Warner Robins. Prior to Ms. Foster’s death, warrants were signed for Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder. Romaire Foster is a juvenile but is being charged as an adult. Additional charges are expected on both suspects. No further information is available at this time.
