The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that occurred at around 9:30PM Monday night, November 23, 2015 at the Dairy Queen, located at 3855 Pionono Avenue.
It was reported that a light skinned male, race unknown at this time, approached the store’s manager outside the restaurant as he was taking out the trash. The suspect, armed with a handgun, ordered the manager back into the store and demanded he give him the money. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money from the restaurant’s register before leaving in an unknown direction on foot. No one was injured during the incident. The suspect was wearing a dark colored hoodie, dark colored shoes, jean pants and a white bandana covering his face.
