Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence in the 700 block of Granada Terrace at around 12:45PM Saturday afternoon in reference to a report of a person shot. Deputies met with a female that made the call. It was reported that the victim, 27 year old Ramon Williams, of Macon had been taken to the Navicent Health Medical Center by an unknown party.
Bibb Sheriff’s Investigators responded to the hospital to talk with Williams about the incident. It was reported that the incident occurred on Granada Terrace at San Juan Avenue. Williams was shot in the left leg. The wound is non-life threatening and he is listed in stable condition. Investigators are currently following up on information and possible leads to identify a suspect in the shooting. More information will be released when it becomes available.
