Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate a person that has been missing since Thursday, August 27, 2015. It was reported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office this morning, by the parents, that their 30 year old son, Jonathan Lee Car, left her home in the 900 block of West Richmond Street. According to his parents Carr has the mental capacity of a 15 year old.
Carr is described as a white male. He is around 6 feet 1 inches in height and weighs approximately 175 lbs. He has straight, brown hair and blue eyes. The clothing he was last seen wearing is a black t-shirt, blue jeans and brown work boots.
