The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a suspicious death that took place on Southshore Drive. The 911 Center received a call at around 6:20p.m. The caller stated that a female, who lived at 2943 Southshore Drive, was found lying face down in her back yard.
Investigators were called to the scene and as well as the Coroner’s Office. Investigators are attempting to identify the female. Additional information will be released as soon as it becomes available.
According to the Coroner’s Office, an autopsy will be performed by the Medical Examiner’s Office on Monday.
