The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that occurred Friday night just after 9:30PM at the Family Dollar Store located at 5615 Houston Road.  It was reported that three young black males entered the store and asked an employee where the restrooms were located. All three walked to the rear of the store as directed. A short time after, one of the male suspects exited the store to a vehicle described as a green Honda. The other two suspects walked to the register with merchandise. As the employee begin to ring up the merchandise, the two suspects displayed handguns and demanded money. They were given an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. They exited the store and got into the same green vehicle the first suspect got into and fled the scene.

The first suspect that exited the store was described as young, possibly 15 to 16 years old. The two suspects brandishing the guns were described as, one being tall and the other suspect was short and light skinned. No one was injured during the incident.
