The Bibb County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Unit and SWAT Team conducted a drug search warrant at a residence in the 800 block of Beddingfield Avenue on Friday, July 31, 2015 at around 8:55PM. Deputies also made a traffic stop on a vehicle that was leaving the residence at the same time. The vehicle was stopped for failure to stop at a stop sign.

 

Investigators discovered there was cocaine being transported in the vehicle. Investigators seized approximately 150 grams of cocaine with a street value of approximately $15,000.00 and $2,816.00 in US Currency. Arrested were 39 year old Sherrod Davis, of Macon and 53 year old Gary Jolly, of Macon. Davis was charged with trafficking cocaine, failure to stop and driving while license is suspended or revoked. Jolly is charged with trafficking cocaine. Davis and Jolly were transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex. Bond is denied on both Davis and Jolly.

 

During the search warrant on the residence on Beddingfiled Avenue, two subjects were arrested for outstanding warrants. They are 38 year old Antonio Cable of Macon and 57 year old Ray Kendrick, of Macon. Cable is charged with probation violation. Kendrick has an outstanding warrant from Warren County. Both subjects were transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex. Kendrick is being held for Warren County Sheriff’s Office. Cable has no bond.
