Master John Henry Brown, 24 years old, from Macon, was arrested this afternoon at around 3:15PM by Investigators with the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and the US Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force. Brown was located and arrested at a business near Spring Street in Macon. He was arrested without incident. Brown is charged with 6 counts of aggravated assault and 12 counts of criminal street gang activity.
The arrest and charges are in reference to the fatal shooting incident at the Wings Café, 2822 Bloomfield Drive, on December 12, 2014. Brown was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex and booked on the charges. No bond has been set for Brown.
