The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Financial Crimes Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for questioning in reference to several Financial Transaction Card Fraud incidents. The suspect gained access to the victim’s credit / debit card information and then used the information to purchase gift cards from several different stores in the Macon area. • A photograph of the suspect is attached to this media release. Anyone with information in reference to the identity of the suspect are urged to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500 and ask to leave a message for the “on-call” investigator or call Macon Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.
