Bibb Sheriff’s Investigators served arrest warrants on 39 year old Raymond Lee Kitchens this evening just before 8:00PM at the Navicent Center. Kitchens is charged with 1 count of aggravated assault, 1count of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and 3 counts of cruelty to children. Kitchens is currently listed in stable condition at the Navicent Center.
