Bibb Sheriff’s Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in helping to identify the suspect involved in the armed robbery that occurred at CC Wings and Fish Seafood Market located at 3011 Houston Avenue at around 8:00 p.m. on Thursday night, January 15, 2015.
It was reported that a black male entered the store brandishing a silver handgun and ordered a customer standing at the counter to get on the floor. As the customer was attempting to get on the floor, the suspect struck the customer on the head with the gun. The suspect approached the employee at the counter and took an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect was last seen running out of the business towards St. James Avenue.
The suspect was wearing a black hoodie jacket, blue jeans and black shoes with white soles and white shoe strings. He also had what appeared to be lime green and gray gloves on his hands and a dark colored mask covering his face. He is described as being skinny and was 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet in height. This incident is currently under investigation.
