Bibb County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies make an arrest after responding to a call at around 12:40 a.m. this morning in reference to a commercial burglary in progress. The incident location was 420 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Envy Nightclub.

 

It was reported that a witness saw a white male with “floppy” brown hair kicking on the front door of the business. He yelled at the suspect to stop kicking the door. As the suspect kept kicking the door he made entry into the business. The witness ran to a nearby business and told another person to call 911 to report the incident. Deputies quickly arrived at the nightclub and entered through the opening in the door that the suspect had kicked open. Deputies found the suspect hiding in an area inside the nightclub. He was taken into custody.

 

The suspect was identified as Nathaniel Taylor Moorhouse, 23 years old, of Macon. Moorhouse was charged with 1 count of second degree burglary and transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex. His bond is set at $8,450.00.
