Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrest three subjects in connection with a robbery on Carlisle Avenue on August 10, 2023, just after 1:00 p.m.

At 1:14 p.m., Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Carlisle Avenue and Napier Avenue in response to a distress call of a FedEx truck being held at gunpoint. Deputies arrived on scene at 1:18 p.m. and observed three individuals who weren’t FedEx employees inside and at the back of the truck. Two FedEx employees were inside the back of the truck. Two female subjects were inside handling packages. The male subject was outside the truck watching. The male suspect attempted to flee but was quickly apprehended by deputies. The two female subjects were arrested without incident. A firearm was recovered during the arrests. No one was harmed during this incident.

The suspects were identified as thirty-three-year-old Quincy Dewayne Searcy of Barnesville, Georgia, thirty-year-old Treshawnda Shawta Alexander of Macon, and thirty-six-year-old Tiffiney Tameia Alexander of Macon. Quincy Searcy was wanted in Bibb County for Burglary and Criminal Damage to Property. He was also wanted in Spaulding County for a felony offense, and Crawford County for a misdemeanor offense. Treshawnda Alexander was wanted in Bibb County for Failure to Appear.

All suspects were transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. Quincy Dewayne Searcy was charged with Armed Robbery and Felony Obstruction. Treshawnda Shawta Alexander was charged with Robbery by Intimidation and Tampering with Evidence. Tiffiney Tameia Alexander was charged with Robbery by Intimidation. All suspects are being held without bond.
