On August 2, 2023, just before 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, along with members of the US Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, apprehended Quintez Jamal Brantley. Brantley was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center.
Quintez Jamal Brantley is charged with seven counts of Aggravated Assault, Criminal Street Gang Activity, and Felony Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. He is also charged under the Street Gang Terrorism Act. Brantley is currently being held without bond.

Asking for the Public’s Assistance in Locating a Person of Interest in connection with an Aggravated Assault Investigation
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Quintez Jamal Brantley. Brantley is a person of interest in an aggravated assault incident that took place on May 29, 2023, just after 3:00 p..m. in the 1900 block of Walnut Street.
Quintez Brantley is a twenty-two-year-old black male. He is five feet nine inches tall and weighs between one hundred forty and one hundred fifty pounds. He is wanted in Macon for several counts of Aggravated Assault. Quintez Brantley is believed to be armed and dangerous.
