The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred on Millerfield Road, just before 4:30 p.m. Friday, on July 14, 2023.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators made contact with a 26-year-old male suffering from a single gunshot wound at a medical facility. The victim had been transported to the facility by vehicle. It was reported that while traveling on Millerfield Road on foot, the victim heard gun fire nearby. He then realized he had been struck. No suspect information was provided. The victim had no life-threatening injuries and is listed in stable condition.
