According to Deputy Coroner Luanne Stone, the next of kin has been notified. The driver has been identified as Thomas Martin Green of Byron, Georgia.

Fatal Traffic Collision on Hartley Bridge Road
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal traffic collision that occurred just before 6:00 a.m. on Hartley Bridge Road near Arnold Drive.
It was reported that a 24-year-old male of Byron, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe, north on Hartley Bridge Road. The driver went off road while in the curve just before Arnold Drive. The vehicle overturned. The driver was ejected from the vehicle which rolled on top of the driver. First responders were able to remove the driver from under the vehicle, but the driver succumbed to his injuries. The 24-year-old male was pronounced deceased on scene by Deputy Coroner Luanne Stone at 7:21a.m. No one else was injured in the collision. The next of kin has not been notified. The name of the driver will not be released at this time.
