The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that happened inside the Tindall Fields Community on June 6, 2023, at 8:42 p.m.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 1700 block of Campbell Avenue in reference to distress calls and Shot Spotter indicators in the area. Upon arrival deputies discovered two male juveniles suffering from gunshot wounds. Both juveniles were transported to a nearby medical facility by paramedics where they are being treated for their injuries. One sixteen-year-old male sustained an injury to his neck. He is in critical condition, but stable. One fifteen-year-old male sustained an injury to his torso. He is in critical condition.
There is no suspect information currently. The above information is preliminary and could change as the investigation progresses.
