The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault that took place in the area of Nisbet Drive. The incident was called into the Macon-Bibb 911 Center at around 4:37p.m.
An 18-year-old male was reported to have been shot several times. Sheriff’s Deputies and EMS responded to a residence in the 5000 block of Nisbet where the male was located. The male was transported to the hospital by ambulance. He is currently listed to be in critical condition.
The circumstances surrounding this incident are under investigation. Additional information will be released as soon as it becomes available.
