Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in a missing person investigation.
It was reported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office that 60-year-old Michael Andrew Waites Sr., of Macon, was last seen leaving a family members home in the 5500 block of Hawkinsville Road in April of this year. Waites’ son contacted the Sheriff’s Office to report him missing after not hearing from him since April of 2022. Waites is six foot tall and weighs two hundred and fifty pounds with brown/gray hair and hazel eyes.
Waites has several medical issues and may need medical attention. A photograph of Waites is attached to this media release.
