The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place just after 8:30 p.m. at the Auto Zone, located at 905 Shurling Drive.
It was reported that a male subject entered the store brandishing a firearm. He demanded money from the clerk. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash he fled the store on foot. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect is described as wearing all black with a mask and approximately five-foot-ten inches in height. He appeared to be in his twenties.
