The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting incident that happened at 847 Maynard Circle on March 22, 2022. The Macon-Bibb 911 Center was notified at 11:20 p.m.
It was reported that 28-year-old Quenton Varnard Woodson,of Macon, was found with a fatal gunshot wound inside of the residence.
No other injuries were reported.
According to Coroner Leon Jones, the next of kin has been notified.
Deputies are currently investigating what led up to the shooting. More information will be given once it becomes available.
