The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Cod Tail located at 1034 Gray Highway just before 10:00 p.m. Saturday night.
It was reported that a male subject entered the store through a rear door brandishing a firearm, and demanded money from a store employee. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash he fled the store on foot. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect was described as a black male, 5’7” in height, 130 lbs, wearing a black hoodie, black ripped jeans, black shoes, and a blue surgical mask covering his face.
