The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Family Dollar located at 2035 Shurling Drive, just after 9:00 p.m. Friday night.
It was reported that a male subject entered the store brandishing a firearm, and demanded money from the store clerk. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash he fled the store on foot. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect was described as medium build, wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, black shoes, and a black mask covering his face.
