The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in helping identify and locate an individual wanted in connection with a Forgery and Fraud Investigation.

The victim discovered that their identity was being used and notified the Sheriff’s Office on December 3, 2021. The incidents occurred between December 1, 2021 and December 2, 2021, at a local bank in Macon-Bibb, and another in Milledgeville Georgia.

It was reported that an individual assumed the identity of an account holder, and forged their signature withdrawing cash, and writing several fraudulent cashier’s checks.

The individual is described as an older white female, with long dark hair blond on the top, wearing a burgundy shirt, light blue face mask, and a dark or black colored sweater.
