The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at 10:53 p.m. on Saturday night. The robbery occurred at the Kings Food Mart located at 2765 Houston Avenue.
It was reported that an individual entered the store demanding money and brandishing a handgun. After taking an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect then fled on foot out of the store. No one was injured during the incident.
