Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Investigators have been informed that 14-year-old Tiffany Phelps has returned home. She has been removed from the system as a runaway. 

UPDATE: Missing Person Confirmed a Runaway

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that 14-year-old Tiffany Phelps is not a missing person. Tiffany has been confirmed as a runway. It has been reported that Tiffany has contacted her Mother and has had other persons contact her Mother on her behalf. At this time Tiffany will remain in the system as a runaway and not a missing person.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Tiffany Phelps are urged to call the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500, and ask to speak to the on-call Crimes Against Children Investigator, or Macon Regional Crimestoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.

UPDATE: Investigators have been contacted by Darrel and Myeisha in reference to this incident. Investigators were advised that Tiffany was not with them. At this time assistance is still needed from the public to locate Tiffany.

Public Assistance Still Needed in Locating Missing Person

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

It was reported that 14-year-old Tiffany Phelps was last seen around 7:00 p.m. on November 8, 2021, at 1459 Eisenhower Parkway, Intown Suites in Macon. Tiffany’s mother reported her missing on November 10, 2021, after she could not locate Tiffany.

Tiffany was last seen with her cousin 23-year-old Darrel Montago Phelps and his girlfriend Myeisha Marshall , inside Darrel’s room that he also rented at the Intown suites. It was reported that Tiffany never returned to her mother’s room on November 8th after she was said to have left Darrel’s room.

Tiffany is described as a black female five foot four inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. She was last seen wearing a brown tank top, black shorts, and red open toe slides. Her hair is in braids as shown in her picture that is attached to this release.

Investigators have been contacted by Darrel and Myeisha in reference to this incident. Investigators were advised that Tiffany was not with them. At this time assistance is still needed from the public to locate Tiffany.
