The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of a commercial armed robbery that took place at the Cook Out, located at 5001 Brookhaven Road. The incident occurred at around 12:44 a.m., Saturday.
It was reported that a male entered the business, and ask for the cheapest item on the menu. When the cashier attempted to look up the item. The suspect then demanded money from the business. Once the suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the business towards Eisenhower Parkway on foot. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect is described as a white male. He was last seen wearing blue basketball shorts underneath blue jeans, gray hoodie with black specks on it. No further description is available at the time.
