The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident that was reported to have occurred at 6000 Harrison Rd. Bridgeview Hotel, just before 06:00a.m. Thursday morning. It was reported that 31yr old Carlos Chaz Brown of Macon, was involved in an altercation with multiple subjects. It was stated during the altercation an unknown black male pulled a pistol and shot Brown. Brown was struck in the left arm and lower back. Brown was transported to the Navicent Health Medical Center, where he is listed in critical condition. No one else was injured in the incident. No information is available on the suspect at this time.
