A Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigator makes an arrest in connection with a Commercial Burglary Investigation.
On September 5, 2023, just after midnight, deputies responded to a commercial burglary at XHale City, located at 4650 Forsyth Road. Video surveillance from the business captured the incident. Three masked individuals were observed outside of the business. One of the individuals made entry into the business but quickly fled upon making entry.
On September 7, 2023, one of the masked individuals was brought to Bibb County Sheriff’s Office headquarters by his mother. The individual was identified as a thirteen-year-old male juvenile of Macon who rightfully turned himself in for his involvement in the incident. He was charged with 2nd Degree Burglary and transported to the Macon Regional Youth Detention Center.
