Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate a missing person with health issues, that requires medication.

At 4:11 p.m. deputies responded to an address in the 6700 block of Chriswood Drive regarding a person having medical issues. Deputies were informed that 31-year-old David James Aring left the residence and entered the woods. Witnesses stated that Aring stated he wanted to harm himself. Aring is in need of medical attention. Deputies along with Georgia State Patrol Air Units have been attempting to locate Aring.

Aring was last seen headed south into the woods wearing a white shirt, dark color shorts and flip-flops. Aring is six feet tall, weighing one hundred and eighty pounds with hazel eyes and short brown hair.

Aring has been located and is unharmed and is being treated for his medical issues.
