On April 15, 2019 Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators arrested three male juveniles, ages 12 yr, 14 yr and 16 years old for the commercial burglary that occurred at Capital Cycle, 4950 Mercer University Drive on April 11, 2019 just after 11:00 PM. After further investigation, investigators were able to identify and locate each suspect at their homes. The two dirt bikes stolen during this incident  were recovered.

During this investigation it was found that another 12 yr old male juvenile and  40 yr old Christina Finney assisted in the burglary.  The juvenile was taken into custody at 8:00 PM Monday night. Finney was taken into custody at her home at 12:30 PM. Finney was transported to the Bibb County Detention Center  and charged with 4 counts of contributing to delinquency of a minor and  1 count of burglary. Finney has a bond of $11,050.00.
