Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies answered a call of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the 1500 block of Eisenhower Parkway just after 9:20 Friday night. It was reported that a 2005 Mercedes SF30, driven by 19 year old Zachery Patrick of Macon, was traveling on Eisenhower Parkway. It was reported the pedestrian 51-year-old Tody Criswell, walked out into the roadway in front of Patrick and was fatally wounded.
Criswell was pronounced dead on scene by Coroner Leon Jones.
The accident is currently being investigated and no charges have been made at this time. Anyone with information about this accident is asked to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500.
