On October 4, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies arrested four subjects for theft of a vehicle and entering autos.

Deputies responded to the Rent-A-Center, 1459 Eisenhower Parkway, regarding locating a stolen Ford F-150 truck. When deputies arrived the owner of the stolen vehicle gave them information that the suspects that stole the truck were staying at the InTown Suites Extended Stay hotel.

Deputies made contact with the suspects in room 127, InTown Suites, and found multiple people in the room. Deputies began identifying the people and discovered that there was evidence in the room from multiple entering auto cases. Deputies detained all the subjects that were in the room and Investigators were notified and responded.

Deputies arrested 21-year-old Noah Alexander Anderson, 26-year-old Stephanie Nicole Loy, 29-year-old Brandon Michael Loy and 32-year-old Omar Gilliam-Agustine.

Anderson was taken to the Bibb County Jail and Charged with Theft by Taking Auto; five counts of Entering Auto and he had a warrant out of Houston County. He is being held on $15,175.00 bond at this time.

Stephanie Loy was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Auto. She is being held on a $2,125.00 bond at this time.

Brandon Loy was taken to the Bibb County Jail on a warrant from the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office.

Gilliam-Agustine was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Theft by Taking Auto and five counts of Entering Auto. He is being held on $15,175.00 bond at this time.
