Just before 04:00 p.m. this afternoon deputies responded to a shoplifting call at 6275 Zebulon Road, Kohl’s. It was reported that three to four black males were attempting to steal multiple carts of items.

When deputies arrived on scene they were directed to the suspects who were attempting to leave in a red Honda Accord. When deputies attempted to stop the vehicle the driver fled out of the parking lot.

After a short chase the driver struck a vehicle on Eisenhower Parkway at Pine Avenue. The three occupants attempted to flee on foot but were taken into custody by deputies. There were no serious injuries, only complaints of injuries, during the wreck. Georgia State Patrol is working the wreck and have that information.

The driver 20-year-old D’Angelo Moody, of Macon, was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Felony Shoplifting, Felony Fleeing and Eluding, Aggressive Driving, Child Cruelty 3rd Degree and Felony Interference with Government Property. He is being held on an $8,050.00 bond at this time. Moody was one of the Macon Regional Crimestoppers Top 15 Most Wanted for Probation Violation.

The second suspect 19-year-old Za’mone Keontae Williams, of Macon was charged with Felony Shoplifting. He is being held without bond at this time. Williams had multiple warrants on unrelated cases.

The third suspect 18-year-old Marquis Don Bronner, of Macon was charged with Felony Shoplifting. He is being held without bond at this time. Bonner had multiple warrants on unrelated cases.
