Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators received information on Friday, October 6th that 32 year old Richard Condy was found dead in Birmingham Alabama. Investigators received a call from Chief Coroner Yates in Birmingham that Condy was found deceased with a self-inflicted gunshot wound at a truck stop area in Birmingham on Saturday, September 30, 2017. It was reported that at the time Condy did not have any identification on him and authorities in Birmingham had to find out who the deceased was through his fingerprints. Once he was identified the information of Condy being wanted was discovered through the information that was distributed through law enforcement. Investigators with the Birmingham Police Department are handling the suicide.
Condy was wanted for the shooting of 28 year old Brandy Foreman that occurred at the Value Place Hotel at 4949 Harrison Road on Friday, September 29, 2017. Foreman was notified of Condy being found.
