A Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputy was patrolling, Rocky Creek Road near Bloomfield Road on January 29, 2019. At around 11:30p.m., the patrol deputy noticed a vehicle pass him, with a busted windshield.

The Deputy initiated a traffic stop with a Mercury Grand Marquis. The driver of the vehicle was 19-year-old Nolan Maurice Flint Jr. of Macon. When the deputy was attempting to approach the vehicle, he saw Flint shoving something into the rear passenger floorboard area of the vehicle.

During the traffic stop, the Deputy checked the vehicle and located a 9mm semi-auto pistol, under the passenger seat in the floorboard. The gun was listed stolen out of Macon.

Deputies also found two bottles of Lortab pills, in non-labeled bottles, totaling one-hundred, sixteen pills.

Flint was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property Felony and Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance. Flint was release on a $7,900.00 bond
