On November 27, 2019, at 12:17 a.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Patrol deputies were checking the area of Peter Street and Grosso Avenue when they spotted a vehicle parked the wrong way with a male standing beside it.

Deputies made contact with 21-year-old Antwon Rashaad Green, of Warner Robins, who was standing beside the vehicle. As deputies were talking to Green, they could smell a strong odor of Marijuana coming from his person. Deputies checked Green for contraband and located a cylinder object in his pocket.  Green informed deputies it contained marijuana. Deputies also located a pistol in his pants pocket and a small plastic bag containing powder cocaine. It was determined that the pistol was reported stolen to the Warner Robins Police Department in October of this year.

Green was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Possession of Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Firearm during Commission of a Felony, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. He is being held without bond at this time.
