On August 18, 2019, at 01:44 a.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were patrolling the area of Houston Avenue when they witnessed a GMC Envoy being driven without any headlights on.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the Envoy and made contact with the driver 24-year-old Travon Detre Hall, of Macon. While talking to Hall deputies smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. Deputies detained Hall and while checking his vehicle they located a small bag of marijuana and a firearm. The pistol was found to have been reported stolen by Forsyth Police Department.

Hall was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of Marijuana less than Ounce and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. He was release on August 18, 2019, on a $7,200.00 bond at this time.
