On November 8, 2019, at 06:21 a.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were dispatched to 2690 Riverside Drive, Red Carpet Inn, in regards to a male in the parking lot screaming and acting irate.
When deputies arrived, they found 22-year-old Dylan Valentino West in the rear parking lot on his knees screaming. When deputies asked what was going on West told them that he had just gotten out of jail.
Deputies asked West for his identification and when he pulled it out of his pocket, he dropped a small bag with a white powdery substance in it. When he was asked what was in the bag, he told deputies that it was heroin.
West was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance. He is being held on a $9,550.00 bond at this time.
