On November 1, 2019, at 00:03 a.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies were dispatched to an address in the 1300 block of Sylvian Drive in regards to a dispute.

While en-route to the address deputies were informed that the suspect left the scene in a black vehicle and there were reports of shots fired. Deputies spotted the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Deputies made contact with the driver, 30-year-old Sasha Lakeya Dudley, of Macon.

While deputies were talking to Dudley and asked her for her driver’s license, they noticed a handgun in the glove box where she was retrieving her wallet. Deputies detained Dudley and secured the weapon.

During this time, Dudley’s boyfriend, 32-year-old D’antoine Maurice Keen, of Macon, arrived on scene and repeatedly tried to interfere with deputies during the investigation. Keen was then detained by deputies for obstruction.

It was determined that Dudley had fired shots into the air while at the residence on Sylvian Drive, and then left the area when deputies were called. The argument was reported to be about money.

Dudley was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Reckless Conduct, Discharge of a Firearm on or near a Public Street and Obstruction of a Peace Officer. She was released on a $2,600.00 bond on November 2, 2019.

Keen was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Obstruction of a Peace Officer. He was released on a $1,300.00 bond on November 2, 2019.

Anyone with information in reference to this incident is urged to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500 or Macon Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.
