Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 32 year old Richard Jefferson Condy for the shooting of 28 year old Brandy Foreman of Macon. It was reported that Foreman was shot multiple times inside of room 217 at the Value Place Hotel located at 4949 Harrison Road on Friday, September 29, 2017 just before 11:00 p.m. Condy and Foreman were reported to be in a relationship.
Richard Condy is described as a black male. He is approximately 5’10” in height and weighs around 200 pounds. He was last seen in what was described as a gray or black Chevrolet Silverado. A photograph of Richard J. Condy is attached. An arrest warrant was issued on Condy.
